Context
The brief.
Labs Tenbo makes visual identities, launch videos, IP formats and AI-generated content for founders who want to look like the authority in their field. The brand was born on Instagram, in AI-generated visuals with a palette its followers already recognised.
We did the branding, the content and the design. The brief for the website was to carry those colours over exactly as they were, and make everything around them sleeker, cleaner and easier to use. It gave us a lot of room to play.
How do you give a brand born in a feed a home that feels just as familiar, only better built?
Context
The problem.
The palette was already known.
Purple, cream and gold were how followers recognised the brand. Changing them would have meant starting over.
The work is all video.
Twenty pieces of motion work had to play instantly without the page grinding to a halt.
Feeds set expectations.
Anyone arriving from Instagram expects to tap to pause and swipe to the next. Anything else feels like a step backwards.
Approach
How we played it.
Keep the colours, raise the finish.
The palette stays as the audience knows it. Type, spacing and motion do the upgrading.
Let the feed’s habits carry over.
Video works the way it does on Instagram and Shorts, so nobody has to learn anything.
Put the proof next to the offer.
Every piece of work is labelled with the service that made it.
Outcome
What we built.
A Shorts-style viewer.
Tap to pause or play, mute with one button, swipe up or use the arrow keys for the next film, drag down to close. It picks up where the card left off.
Six services, six pages.
Each service has a page and a process laid out to suit it. One is scrubbed frame by frame as you scroll.
Video that stays light.
Every film streams with a poster frame, and work cards only load as they near the screen.
Hiring and enquiries, straight into a sheet.
Six open roles, each with its own form. Every application and enquiry lands in the team’s Google Sheet.
Conclusion
What we took away.
Familiar beats new.
The audience already had habits. Designing around them was faster than asking anyone to change.
Brand and build belong together.
Doing the identity, the content and the site in one studio meant nothing got lost between teams.
Video is a performance budget.
Twenty films on one site works only if every one of them waits its turn.
